Products and Quality
What does curated mean at DASH?
Curated means product information is reviewed for clarity, consistency, and usefulness. DASH focuses on lineage, format, cannabinoids, terpenes, aroma, batch details, and documented product information.
Does every product include a laboratory report?
Laboratory information is shown when it is available and connected to the listed product or batch. DASH does not display a testing claim without supporting information.
How should I read THC and terpene information?
THC and terpene values describe parts of a product profile, but they do not guarantee a specific personal experience. Use them alongside format, aroma, lineage, serving information, and batch details.
Cannabis Education
What are terpenes?
Terpenes are aromatic compounds found in cannabis and many other plants. They contribute to aroma and flavor. Research continues into their broader role, but a terpene profile does not guarantee a specific effect.
What is the difference between Indica, Sativa, and Hybrid?
These labels can describe plant history or broad product categories, but they do not reliably predict how every person will respond. Cannabinoids, terpenes, format, serving size, batch variation, and individual response all matter.
What is the difference between live resin and live rosin?
Live resin is generally made from fresh frozen cannabis using a solvent based extraction process. Live rosin is made without chemical solvents, commonly using ice water, heat, and pressure. Review the individual product details because methods and quality can vary.
What should I know about edibles?
Read the complete label and serving information. Edibles may take longer to be felt than inhaled formats, and timing can vary. Do not take more quickly because the experience feels delayed. Do not drive, and keep all cannabis products away from children and pets.
What is the difference between THC and CBD?
THC is an intoxicating cannabinoid. CBD is generally described as nonintoxicating. Product response varies, and DASH does not present either cannabinoid as a treatment or guaranteed solution.
Privacy
How does DASH handle privacy?
DASH collects information only when it is needed for an account feature, area check, order, or service request. Private journal entries and saved preferences are not published. Review the Privacy page for complete details.
Will other people know what I viewed or saved?
Saved Items, private journal entries, and account preferences are designed to remain inside your account. Quiet View can also make the website appear more neutral on your screen.
What is Quiet View?
Quiet View changes visible cannabis wording and imagery on your screen to create a more neutral browsing experience. It does not delete or change your account information.
Do I need an account to browse?
Public product, area, and education pages can be explored without an account. An account is used for private features such as Saved Items, your journal, DASH Points, and account activity.
