What are your delivery hours?
We process and dispatch orders from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week. Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be queued for priority delivery the following morning.
How long does delivery take?
We strive for same-day delivery. Depending on traffic in the Fredericksburg and Stafford areas, most orders are fulfilled within 1 to 3 hours of order confirmation. We will always keep you updated via text with a precise ETA.
Do I need a medical marijuana card?
No. DASH FXBG operates under adult-use compliance. Any adult 21 years of age or older with a valid, non-expired government-issued ID can use our service. No medical card is required.
Can I order if I am visiting from out of state?
Yes. As long as you are 21 or older with a valid out-of-state ID or Passport, and you are currently located at a residential address within our delivery zones in Virginia, you are welcome to use our service.
Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes. For compliance and security reasons, the person who placed the order must be present to receive the delivery. Our driver will verify your ID at the time of handoff. We cannot leave packages at the door, with neighbors, or in mailboxes.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our dispatch team immediately via text or phone. If the driver has not yet left the staging facility, we can easily modify or cancel your order. Once the driver is en route, modifications are subject to driver availability and may incur a delay.
What happens if I miss my delivery window?
Our driver will attempt to contact you via text and phone upon arrival. If we cannot reach you within 10 minutes, the driver will need to move on to their next stop to maintain the schedule for other customers. You can contact dispatch to reschedule, though repeated missed deliveries may result in a delivery fee or account restriction.
Can a friend or family member receive my order for me?
No. The name on the order must perfectly match the name on the ID presented to the driver at the time of handoff. We cannot hand off cannabis products to anyone other than the verified account holder who placed the order.

Will you deliver to a hotel, Airbnb, or business?
We prioritize residential deliveries for privacy and safety. We can deliver to private residential addresses, apartment complexes, and registered Airbnbs. We absolutely do not deliver to public business addresses, retail parking lots, schools, federal property, or military bases (such as Quantico or Dahlgren).
What if I live just outside your delivery zone?
If you are right on the border of our delivery radius (e.g., portions of Caroline County or upper Prince William County), please reach out to our dispatch team. We may be able to accommodate you or arrange a safe residential meet-up location within our service bounds for an additional fee.
Are there specific order minimums for different areas?
Yes. Because we dispatch from a central hub near Fredericksburg, deliveries further out (such as deep King George or southern Spotsylvania) may require a slightly higher order minimum to offset the travel time and ensure our drivers are compensated fairly.
